These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BiziTrack platform ("Service"), operated by 13 Creations Studio ("Company", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using BiziTrack, you agree to these Terms.
BiziTrack is a cloud-based business management platform providing point-of-sale, inventory management, payroll processing, financial reporting, tax compliance, and multi-branch management tools. The Service is provided as-is on a subscription basis with a 14-day free trial.
To use BiziTrack, you must create an account with accurate business information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. By registering, you consent to the collection and processing of:
You represent that you have obtained all necessary consents from your employees and customers to input their data into BiziTrack, and that your use of their data through the platform complies with applicable data protection laws.
You retain ownership of all business data you enter into BiziTrack. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We may use aggregated, anonymized data (with no personally identifiable information) for analytics, service improvement, market research, and benchmarking purposes.

We will never sell, share, or disclose individual business data, transaction-level data, customer lists, or employee information to third parties except as required by law or as explicitly authorized by you.
BiziTrack offers tiered subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Business, Enterprise) with a 14-day free trial. Payment is collected by mobile money. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Multi-month commitments receive discounts: 10% (3-month), 20% (6-month), 30% (annual). All prices are in UGX and may vary by region.
Each account and subscription covers one business. The business name and type of business are fixed at registration, and a business name or phone number may be registered only once. Each plan includes a set number of branches (locations of the same business): Starter 1, Pro 3, Business 10 and Enterprise up to 25. More branches are available on a Custom package agreed in writing with BiziTrack. A separate business requires its own account and subscription.
Certain features are available only on specific subscription tiers. We reserve the right to modify feature availability, add new features, or restructure tiers with reasonable notice. Free trial users have access to all features during the trial period.
BiziTrack provides integration with tax authorities for electronic invoicing. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of tax data submitted through the platform, timely filing of tax returns, and compliance with your jurisdiction's tax laws. BiziTrack is a tool that facilitates compliance but does not constitute tax advice.
While we strive for accuracy, BiziTrack provides calculations for informational purposes. Payroll calculations (PAYE, NSSF, NHIF) are based on published tax brackets and may not reflect the most recent changes. Verify all payroll and tax calculations with a qualified professional before relying on them for statutory filings.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS), secure cloud storage via Supabase with row-level security, and regular data backups. However, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute data security.
BiziTrack and 13 Creations Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, business interruption, incorrect tax filings, or payroll errors. Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your data remains accessible in read-only mode for 30 days. After 30 days, data may be permanently deleted. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Kampala, Uganda.
